Preparation time: 15 mins | Oven time: 35 mins | Serves: 4 - 6 people
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 package of puff pastry
- 1 fresh spreadable cheese (Philadelphia)
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 3 eggs
- 500 g of strawberries
- 100 g of sugar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 100 g strawberry flavored gelatin powder
- 50 ml of water
PREPARATION:
Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a tart pan with puff pastry and prick the bottom with a fork.
In a bowl, combine the eggs, fresh spreadable cheese and condensed milk. Beat everything very well.
Place the previous preparation in the tart pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for around 35 minutes, or until the surface is golden brown and the dough is firm.
Wash the strawberries very well, remove the green part and cut them into chips. Place the strawberries on top of the tart and set aside.
In a pan, add the sugar, the juice of one lemon and heat until the sugar melts. Add the gelatin powder, water, mix everything until the gelatin dissolves and let it cool. Place the gelatin on top of the strawberries and refrigerate until serving.
