INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 can of boiled condensed milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 100 g of almond kernels

PREPARATION:

Separate the yolks from the whites by placing them in deep bowls.

Beat the egg whites until stiff. In a bowl add the egg yolks and the cooked condensed milk, mix everything. Add a portion of the crushed almonds and mix everything. Add the beaten egg whites and mix everything together.

Distribute into bowls or platter. Sprinkle with the remaining almonds. Place in the fridge and serve cold.
