Preparation time: 15 mins | Oven time: 45 mins | Serves: 6 - 8 people
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oranges (without the peel, without seeds)
- 2 eggs
- 150 ml of oil
- 275 g of sugar
- 270 g of flour
- 1 Tbsp (tea) yeast
- 1 tbsp (tea) salt
PREPARATION:
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
In a blender, add the eggs, oranges and oil. Blend everything for about 5 minutes.
Place the mixture in a bowl and add the sugar, wheat flour, baking powder and salt. Involve everything.
Pour the mixture into the pan greased with butter and sprinkled with flour.
Place in a preheated oven at 180ºC for approximately 45 minutes. Let cool and turn out onto a serving plate.
For the syrup, in a bowl combine the orange juice and sugar.
Drizzle half of the syrup on the bottom of the cake and the other half on the top of the cake.
