INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 L of water
  • 4 potatoes
  • 250 g of green broth
  • 1 beef chorizo
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Olive oil and salt to taste

PREPARATION:

In a pan of boiling water seasoned with salt, cook the potatoes, onion and two cloves of garlic.

When it's cooked, grind everything and put it back on the heat.

Add the previously blanched green broth and the chorizo cut into slices. Let it cook for around 10 minutes.

Remove the pan from the heat and finish by adding a finely chopped garlic clove and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve with cornbread or rye bread.
