Preparation Time: 30 minutes  |  To: 4 - 6 people

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500 g mary biscuit
  • 250 g sugar
  • 250 g softened butter
  • 1 egg
  • 200 ml of coffee

PREPARATION:

Prepare strong coffee and let it cool.

Separate the yolk from the white. Beat the egg white until stiff and set aside.

In a bowl, add the butter, sugar and egg yolk. Beat everything until you get a cream. Add the egg white and mix everything together.

Soak the biscuits in the coffee and make alternating layers of biscuit and cream. Finish with a layer of buttercream.

Decorate with crushed biscuits and refrigerate.
