INGREDIENTS:

  • 750 g smoked pork ear
  • 900 g of smoked ham
  • 1 sausage
  • 260 g of streaky
  • 200 g pork chop
  • 350 g of beef chunk
  • 2 chicken legs
  • 1 blood sausage (black pudding)
  • 2 flour pans
  • 400 g Portuguese cabbage (handful)
  • 2 carrots
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 sweet potato
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 cups of stew broth
  • 1 cup of rice
  • 250 g of stew broth
  • 234 g of cooked white beans

PREPARATION:

In a pan with water, cook the smoked ear, the smoked ham, the sausage, the pork ribs, the piece of veal to be cooked, the chicken legs, for 60 minutes.
Suggestion: you can use other types of meat, etc...

In another pan, add the Portuguese or Savoy cabbage, if you prefer, the blood sausage (black pudding), the carrots, the potatoes and the sweet potato. Season with salt, and let cook for 15 minutes, or until the vegetables are cooked.

In another pan, add 2 cups of stew broth and 1 cup of rice and cook for 18 to 20 minutes.

In another pan, add 250 g of the stew broth and the cooked white beans and let it heat for 2 to 3 minutes.

When all the meat is cooked, add the farinheiras and let it cook for about 5 minutes. Remove the meat and cut it into pieces.

Place the meat and vegetables on a wide platter and serve with white rice and beans.
