INGREDIENTS:

  • 50 g pistachios
  • 50 g of walnuts
  • 50 g toasted chopped almonds
  • 200 g of maria biscuit
  • 200 g culinary chocolate
  • 50 g of cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 60 g of butter

PREPARATION:

Chop the dried fruits separately for 15 seconds and set aside.

Break up the cookies and place them together with the almonds in the crusher, and chop for 15 seconds.

Place a pan over low heat, the chocolate broken into pieces and the cream. Then stir everything so that it melts well.

Add the biscuits with the crushed almonds and mix for 3 minutes.

Place the mixture in a bowl and refrigerate until firm.

Shape the chocolates into balls and roll in the reserved crushed nuts.
