INGREDIENTS:
- 800 g of cooked white beans
- 200 g of shrimp brains
- 25 shrimp
- 1 small beef sausage
- 1 carrot
- 1 medium onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 Tbsp (soup) tomato pulp
- Salt
- Oil
- 1 pinch of chili powder
- Coriander
PREPARATION:
Wash the shrimp and cook them in water seasoned with salt. Reserve the water after cooking.
In a pan with olive oil, sauté the onion and chopped garlic cloves. Add the tomato pulp, the chorizo cut into thin slices and the carrot in pieces.
Add the shrimp water and cook for 5 minutes. Add the cooked beans, shrimp, brains and chopped coriander. Season with salt, pepper and let it cook for 20 minutes.
Serve accompanied by white rice.
