INGREDIENTS:
- 400 g of beef
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 50 g of chorizo
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 bay leaf
- 8 dl of hot water
- 200 g of peas
- 1 Tbsp (soup) tomato pulp
- 250 g of fusilli
- Oil
- Salt, paprika and pepper to taste
PREPARATION:
Cut the beef into cubes. In a medium pan, add the olive oil and lightly sauté the onion and chopped garlic cloves. Add the sliced meat and chorizo and let it brown.
Add the tomato pulp, parsley and bay leaf and let it simmer for 5 minutes over low heat. Water with hot water, cover and let it cook for around 20 minutes over low heat.
Add the pasta and frozen peas and season with salt and pepper. Let it cook, stirring occasionally.
