INGREDIENTS:

  • 400 g of spaghetti
  • 2 cans of sardines with tomato sauce
  • 1 package tomato sauce
  • Oil
  • 1 onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parsley

PREPARATION:

Bring water to a boil in a container and season with salt and a drizzle of olive oil. When the water starts to boil, add the spaghetti and cook. When it is cooked, drain the water and set aside.

Place a pan with olive oil and chopped onion over medium heat and let it sauté.

Add the tomato sauce, sardines (drained or not, in pieces or whole, as you prefer) and chopped parsley. Season with pepper, salt and stir. Let it boil for 3 minutes. 

Add the spaghetti to the sauce and mix everything.

Place the spaghetti on a platter and serve hot.
