INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 eggs
  • 350g spaghetti
  • 2 cans of natural tuna
  • 2 eggs
  • 200g crispy breadcrumbs
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • Sliced green olives
  • Chopped parsley
  • Sweet pepper, pepper, salt and olive oil to taste

PREPARATION:

Cook the spaghetti in a pan with water and salt for 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and reserve.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onion, garlic and pepper and let it cook, stirring constantly.

Add the tuna, season with salt, paprika and pepper. Wrap everything up very well.

Add the beaten eggs and let it cook for a few minutes. Add the breadcrumbs and mix.

Finally, add the spaghetti with a little of the cooking broth, mix everything well and turn off the heat.

Decorate with sliced olives and chopped parsley. Serve very hot!
