INGREDIENTS:

  • 250 g of noodles
  • 300 g chuck meat, cut into pieces
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cabbage
  • 1 small pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 1 fresh chive
  • Salt, pepper, olive oil and soy sauce to taste

PREPARATION:

Cut the onion, carrot and chive into slices, the cabbage into pieces and the pepper into strips.

Beat an egg with a fork and set aside.

In a wok with olive oil, sauté the meat and sauté frequently.

Season with salt and pepper, reduce the heat, mix everything and let it brown over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Add the onion, chives, cabbage, carrot and pepper, mix everything and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Drizzle with soy sauce, mixing well.

Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, then add them to the wok.

Add the beaten egg. Mix well, let cook for 2 minutes and serve immediately.
