Preparation

Cut the inside of the bread slices and set aside.

Cut the chorizo into slices.

Beat the eggs for 2 minutes. Season with pepper, salt and beat again.

Place the bread crust in the buttered frying pan over low heat.

Place the chorizo slices in the center of the bread crust.
-
Lay the eggs on top, the slice of cheese, cover with the inside of the bread and spread with butter.

Let it brown and after a few minutes turn it over.

Place on a platter, garnish with parsley, diced papaya and blueberries.
