INGREDIENTS:

  • 500 g of beef
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 390 g of peeled tomatoes
  • 800 g cooked chickpeas
  • 200 g striped pasta dough
  • 1/2 heart cabbage
  • salt q.s.
  • ground chilli q.s.

PREPARATION:

In a pan with water, place the diced meat and the sliced carrot. Bring to the boil and let it cook for around 30 minutes. Once cooked, remove the meat and carrot and reserve the broth.

Heat a pan with olive oil, add the chopped onion and garlic, bay leaf and let it sauté. Add the peeled tomato and let it cook for about 10 minutes.

Add the meat, carrots, cooked chickpeas and meat broth. Bring to a boil, add the pasta, the cabbage cut into pieces, mix everything, season with salt and chilli. Let it cook for about 10 minutes.
