INGREDIENTS:

  • 200 g of penne
  • 150 g of grain
  • 250 g of beef (loaded flap)
  • 100 g of streaky bacon
  • 1 beef chorizo
  • 250 g spare ribs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 carrots
  • Oil

PREPARATION:

Bring water to the boil in a container, add the grain (soaked from the day before) and the beef (loaded flap). When the grain starts to become soft, add the streaky bacon, the beef chorizo and the spare ribs. Let it cook. Season with salt, pepper and olive oil.

When everything is cooked, remove everything from the container. Place the sliced carrots in the cooking water. Let it cook for 10 minutes. Add the pasta and let it cook. Add the meat (cut into pieces) and the grain in the container and stir everything. The pasta should have a lot of broth, so add more water if necessary.
