INGREDIENTS:
- 450 g tricolor fusilli
- 150 g red cherry tomatoes
- 300 g of mushrooms
- ½ red cabbage
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil, pepper and salt to taste
PREPARATION:
Cook the paste in plenty of water, seasoned with salt, for 8 to 10 minutes.
In a frying pan with olive oil, fry the chopped garlic. Laminate the mushrooms, add to the olive oil and sauté, season with salt and pepper.
Drain the cooked pasta and place it on a plate. Add the mushrooms, halved tomatoes and julienned red cabbage; fold gently.
