INGREDIENTS:
- 400 g frozen cooked pota tentacles
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 4 Tbsp olive oil
- 14 cloves of garlic
- 1 tomato
- 1 onion
- 1/2 green pepper
- Salt, pepper and parsley to taste
PREPARATION:
Heat the pota tentacles in a pan with water and vinegar and let them boil for 10 minutes.
Place the cooked pota tentacles in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Add the chopped parsley, chopped tomato and onion and mix everything. Add the diced green pepper and mix everything together.
Season with salt and pepper, mix everything well and serve.
