INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 ripe tomatoes
  • 400 g of peeled tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1.3 L of water
  • 3 tbsp pine nuts
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION:

Peel and chop the onion and garlic.

Remove the skin from the tomatoes and cut them into cubes.

Heat a pan with olive oil, onion and garlic, let it brown slightly. Add the tomato cubes and peeled tomatoes and stir. Let it cook for a few minutes.

Add water, season with salt and pepper. Let cook for 20 minutes.

With the help of a magic wand, grind everything and serve.
