INGREDIENTS:
- 1 puff pastry
- 350 ml of milk
- 80 g of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- Fresh red fruits to taste
- Powdered sugar to taste
PREPARATION:
In a saucepan, add the milk, sugar and eggs, and mix everything well. Add the cornstarch and vanilla essence, and heat until it thickens. Remove from the heat, place in a bowl and let cool completely.
Heat the oven to 200ºC. Line a tart pan with the puff pastry, fold the edges down and prick the bottom with a fork. Brush the edges with beaten egg.
Bake at 200ºC for around 10 to 15 minutes, or until the dough is golden and firm.
Finally, place the cream in the center of the dough and decorate with the washed red fruits, according to your taste. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and refrigerate until ready to serve.
