Preparation time: 15 mins  |  Oven time: 25 minutes at 220°C  |  Serves: 6 - 8 people

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500ml of milk
  • 8 eggs
  • 250g sugar
  • 1 lemon peel
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 75g wheat flour

PREPARATION:

Heat the milk with the cinnamon stick and lemon peel, but do not let it boil. Leave to cool.

In a bowl, combine the sugar with the flour and mix everything. Add the eggs and beat everything. Add the milk in a stream, stirring constantly.

Turn on the oven at 220ºC and place the clay molds to heat for 10 minutes. Grease the molds with a little olive oil. Place the mixture in the bowls.

Place in a preheated oven at 220°C for around 25 minutes or until golden.

Serve the bowls while still warm, sprinkled with ground cinnamon, if desired.
