INGREDIENTS:

  • 12 eggs
  • 350 g of sugar
  • 60 g cornstarch flour
  • 100 ml lemon juice
  • 50 g melted butter
  • Butter for greasing
  • Sugar for sprinkling
  • Powdered sugar for sprinkling
  • Lemon to decorate
  • Tracing paper

PREPARATION:

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

Line an oven tray with baking paper and grease it with butter, sprinkle with sugar and set aside.

In a bowl, add the sugar and cornstarch. Mix everything. Add lemon juice and melted butter. Beat everything very well. Add the eggs and beat everything.

Pour the dough onto the tray and place in the preheated oven at 180ºC for 25 minutes.

Sprinkle with sugar, roll into a pie shape and remove the paper. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Let cool and serve garnished with lemon slices.
