Preparation

  1. Break the chocolate into small pieces and place on the heat to melt together with the butter.

  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla. Add the melted chocolate and sifted flour.

  3. Grease a mold with butter and sprinkle with flour and pour the chocolate mixture into it. Bake at 200ºC for around 35 minutes.

  4. When cooked, remove from the oven and let cool and unmold.

  5. For the topping, break the chocolate into pieces and heat with the cream, stirring so that it melts well. Remove from the heat and pour over the cake. Let cool and decorate with chocolate sprinkles and nuts.
