Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

  2. Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the egg whites until stiff, gradually adding the sugar.

  3. Add the yolks, flour and sifted yeast to the egg yolks. Involve everything.

  4. Add the hot milk and beat again very well, without stopping. Add the chocolate powder and mix.

  5. Add the egg whites and mix everything together.

  6. Grease a mold with butter and sprinkle with flour and pour the chocolate mixture into it. Bake at 180ºC for around 35 minutes.

  7. When cooked, remove from the oven and let cool and unmold.

  8. For the topping, break the chocolate into pieces and heat with the cream, stirring so that it melts well. Remove from the heat and pour over the cake. Let cool and decorate with strawberries.
