Preparation

  1. In a bowl of warm water, add the baker's yeast and stir until dissolved.

  2. On the table, place the flour with a pinch of salt and make a well in the center.

  3. Add the olive oil and water with the yeast and knead everything very well.

  4. Place the dough in a bowl sprinkled with flour, make a small cross section, cover with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place until it doubles in size.

  5. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

  6. On a table sprinkled with flour, divide the dough into 12 equal parts, shape into balls.

  7. Place them separately, on a tray sprinkled with flour (or lined with parchment paper) and let them rise for another 5 minutes.

  8. Bake at 180º C for approximately 40 minutes until the bread is cooked and golden on top.

  9. Remove, let cool and serve.
