Preparation

  1. Start by rolling out the puff pastry and brush the entire surface with ketchup.

  2. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180ºC.

  3. Sprinkle generously with grated mozzarella cheese all over the dough.

  4. Now place the sausages in a row on both sides of the dough. Fold the dough on each side towards the center, as if it were a book.

  5. Cut into slices about a finger thick and place on a tray lined with parchment paper, with the cut side facing up.

  6. Brush each palmier with beaten egg to make them golden.

  7. Bake at 180ºC, with both elements on, for 20 to 30 minutes, until golden and crispy. Perfect for any party!
