Preparation

  1. In a bowl, place the diced chorizo, the diced ham, the diced tomatoes, the parsley and chopped shallot, the diced red pepper, mayonnaise and grated cheese. Involve everything.

  2. Cut the top of the bread (like a “lid”) and carefully remove the crumb, forming a cavity, leaving a thin layer on the sides.

  3. Place the crumbs in the air fryer and drizzle with olive oil and place in the air fryer for 3 minutes at 180ºC and set aside.

  4. Stuff the inside of the bread with this mixture. Pressing lightly to make it very compact.

  5. Place in the air fryer for around 15 to 20 minutes at 180 ºC, until the cheese melts and the top is golden and crispy on top.

  6. Serve hot, with pieces of the crumb on the side.
