Preparation

  1. In a bowl, add the sugar, vanilla sugar and cream, beat until creamy. Add the cream cheese and beat until creamy.

  2. Wash the strawberries and cut them into pieces. Add to the cream cheese and mix everything together.

  3. Place the mixture in the pan and place the biscuits soaked in milk on top. Place in the fridge for 6 hours.

  4. For the topping: wash the strawberries. In a pan, add the sugar, water and strawberries. Mix everything. Grind the strawberries and add the cornstarch, mix and heat, stirring constantly, until it boils. Turn off and let cool.

  5. Remove the cheesecake from the refrigerator. Spread the strawberry sauce over the top and refrigerate until serving.
