Preparation

Line a pan with puff pastry and poke holes in it with a fork.

Prepare the cream: boil 200 ml of milk. Furthermore, mix the other ingredients with the rest of the cold milk and add to the hot milk, still on the heat, without stopping stirring until you obtain a thick cream. Remove from the heat and let cool, stirring constantly.

Pour the cream over the dough.

Place the sliced pineapple on top and bake at 180ºC for 30 minutes.

When cooked, remove from the oven and let cool.
